We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products, including the Play Kit and Level 2.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If your purchase isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund of the amount paid for that product.
You can request a refund even if you have already downloaded or opened the files. You do not need to complete the activities, demonstrate results or provide a reason.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and the product you would like refunded. If you cannot find your order number, we will help locate your purchase.
Refund Processing
We will process eligible refunds without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your request.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.
Separate Products and Optional Upgrades
The Play Kit and Level 2 are separate products. Each purchase has its own 30-day guarantee, starting on its purchase date.
You may request a refund for either product or both. Refunding one product does not cancel your access to another product you have purchased and kept.
Digital Products
Our products are downloadable digital files. No physical items are shipped, and no physical return is required.
Once a product is refunded, your permission to use that product ends. Please delete the downloaded files and discontinue use of any printed copies. Download access may also be removed.
Missing Files or Technical Problems
If you have not received your files or cannot open them, contact us so we can help restore access or provide working files. You do not need to accept troubleshooting instead of a refund under our 30-day guarantee.
Your Consumer Rights
Our money-back guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase or obtain a remedy for digital content that is faulty, not supplied or not as described. The 30-day guarantee does not limit the time available to exercise those rights.
